Only okay
These would probably be good for someone just getting into probiotics or someone that just needs a little help with gut issues. For me they are too weak with only 100 million organisms. I switched back to one with 20 billion cultures and can feel the difference. But I think they were a good value for the money

I actually got this because the usual brand I get was not available. I have taken this before & had no problem with it. I just prefer a capsule. However, I don’t have trouble swallowing the pill & there is no taste to it. So it’s a good alternative for me.

My first Probiotic
I’d bought this brand nature’s bounty before and really like that it helped with bloating. When I ran out I couldn’t find it because I threw the bottle away. They changed the packaging because it used to have green see through bottle. I bought spring valley probiotic multi enzyme instead thinking it would do the same. These pills smelled and tasted like cat urine. I’ve read reviews later about others saying the same about the spring valley probiotic as well. Plus you have to take 3 of the cat urine smelly pills. Only thing I don’t like about nature’s bounty is the waste of packaging. I can fit 200 tablets in one container and it’s not even half full. I usually take one tablet but, if I’m extra bloaty I can take up to 3 tablets with no issues.

We all could use a probiotic
The pill itself is so small, so very easy to swallow. I kind of find it hard to believe that a serving size is just one pill. I love the fact that it doesn’t have to be refrigerated like my previous one and definitely love the value for the money. Although so far the results aren’t the same as when I was using the other one. Still good to have some probiotics though so I’m happy
